Main tasks:
• Preparation and implementation of tax control framework including risk assessment in the VELUX Group
• Record processes and controls and propose processes and controls for relevant tax compliance obligations
• Coordination and follow up on deliveries from stakeholders
• Manage and develop the tax control framework
• Implementation of internal MDR procedures in the VELUX Group in the EU
• Support in identification of MDR relevant tax scheme in the VELUX GroupReporting of MDR tax schemes to authorities
• Conducting internal trainings, records-keeping and performing the role of MDR Expert in the organization
• Close cooperation with Process Owners, Finance Compliance, Tax and Indirect Tax Teams
• Working on processes belonging to global SSC e.g. VAT, CIT, WHT, TP as well as tax processes belonging to the individual companies (like Payroll taxes, tax on properties and other local taxes)
Depending on activity there will be app. 20-30 days of travel pr. year.
Expectations from candidates:
• Higher education (preferably economy, legal or related field)
• At least 4-5 years of professional experience from a finance department or B4 firm
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and keep focus on several projects at the same time, while keeping a high level of quality
• Project management experience
• Fluent English is a must
• Possess good communication skills and is able to work in a complex international organization with many different stakeholders
• Structured, details focused and persistent person
• Positive and open-minded attitude
• Good team player
