Control of expenses agains available budget
Price negotiations of installation services and additional requirments on construction site

Supervision over the execution of the work of external installation companies

Search for new solutions in order to improve cost efficiency
Extending payment terms
Contract and agreements – creation
Selection and evaluation of suppliers
The need to know cooperation with subcontracting companies
Cooperation with the implementation department
Candidate profile:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
Ability to manage and administer orders
Ability to conduct offer campaigns and negotiate commercial terms in accordance with the applicable company policy
The ability to organize one’s own work well, also in stressful situations and under time pressure
Ability to work effectively and prioritize in urgent professional situations
High interpersonal skills
English language at minimum B2 level
