Application specialist works in closed cooperation with DOVISTA BSCC Department, Global company organization (PL, LT, DK, WV, DFO)
Employee in this position cooperates with DOVISTA group BSCC in order to organize monthly tasks on the DOVISTA group bases.
Purpose of existing following position is to secure stable support of ERP and ERP related systems to operation.
Within the scope of interest are: SAP ERP, AVEVA MES
Related to ERP web solutions such as integrations to other systems
Primary focus on one of the SAP modules: PP / MM / LE / WM
New employee will be responsible both for sustaining existing systems as well as participating (if needed driving) extensions of new functionalities after agreement between Business and BSCC.
Your responsibilities
During SAP implementation at Dobroplast:
- proactive activities by being part of the project team,
- supporting end users and key users (Super User),
- conducting training and preparing project documentation,
- collecting incidents and supporting the incident resolution process;
After project completion:
- being the contact person for all business areas present in Dobroplast with the main focus on production and logistics,
- Resolving SAP and MES issues with the support of BSCC colleagues,
- being part of the BSCC IT team, implementing and maintaining ERP and MES solutions in Poland, Denmark, Lithuania and potentially supporting projects in other areas.
Our requirements
Must have:
- a desire to grow,
- experience in or interest in IT systems serving the business,
- Communication skills in written and spoken English,
- Skills in office software such as Outlook, Teams and others,
- willingness to work in a hybrid model, minimum 3 days at the factory in Stary Laskowiec,
- minimum secondary education (preferably technical / IT).
Nice to have:
- experience in operation / configuration of ERP class systems (preferably SAP),
- experience in operation / configuration of MES class systems or applications supporting business areas,
- higher education.
