Position Overview
The Service & Quality Control Coordinator plays a dual role in customer service and factory quality control by:
- Acting as the main point of contact for customer service issues.
- Directing the service team to ensure timely and effective solutions.
- Documenting service issues and maintaining a Service Book for best practices.
- Coordinating with the factory to prevent repeat service issues.
- Monitoring factory quality control to ensure manufacturing excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Service Team Coordination
- Communicate with customers and manage service issues proactively.
- Direct the service team , ensuring fast and effective resolutions.
- Oversee service visits, track open cases, and ensure issues are resolved.
Service Documentation & Process Development
- Record service issues, root causes, and corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain a Service Book with troubleshooting guides and procedures.
Factory Interface & Quality Control (QCM Role)
- Inspect production to ensure all windows meet Vistaza’s quality standards.
- Identify and address recurring defects with factory teams.
- Create Quality control process, monitor and update as needed.
- Conduct random quality checks and monitor defect rates.
Qualifications
- Experience in service coordination, quality control, or project management
- (preferably in construction, exterior materials, or windows).
- Previous factory experience and team leadership are a plus.
- Ability to travel for factory inspections as needed.
